Training Courses

The courses on Tinnitus Retraining Therapy for Management of Tinnitus & Hyperacusis are intended for participants who provide clinical management services for patients with tinnitus and/or hyperacusis. The purpose of the courses is to teach the theoretical basis and clinical implementation of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT), based on a neurophysiological model of tinnitus and hyperacusis, so the participants will be able to help patients utilizing this habituation-oriented approach. The course is beneficial not only to providers who would like to use TRT but also to others who treat tinnitus, hyperacusis and misophonia.

The next TRT course is planned to be hosted by HLF (Norwegian Association of the Hard of Hearing) in Oslo, Norway, August 25 - 25, 2017.
